Check-In: Friday to Friday-- In at 4:00pm, out at 10:00am. Furnished with pillows, blankets and mattress pads. TV/Cable/DVD/VCR, Bar-B-Q, 2 car parking in garage per unit, Coin-op washer and dryer in each unit, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dishes and flatware, pots and pans.

Cleaning fee of $250.00 and security deposit of $500. The City of Newport Beach imposes a 10% transient occupancy tax. Contract will be mailed within 3 days of Reservation. 50% of entire rent is due as a deposit at time of reservation, balance is due 4 weeks prior to occupancy. If reservations are cancelled by tenants the deposit will become property of the owner and may be refunded when and if the property is reserved for the complete term of the agreement.
